Refunds and Returns Policy
At Palma Amor Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following options:
Exchanges and Returns

Communication: If you wish to make an exchange or return your order, please contact our customer service via email at palmaamor.incshop@gmail.com or by phone at +1 848-448-7249. It is important to do so within 10 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for exchanges: If your order was processed and shipped in compliance with our company’s requirements and you still wish to make an exchange, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product and sending the new item.

Conditions for returns: Personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they have manufacturing defects. In the case of defective products, Palma Amor Inc. will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Refunds

Refund processing: Once we receive your return and confirm that the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the initial purchase. Please note that the process may take up to 10 business days.
